1. Introduction
OutfitGen (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use outfitgen.ai (the “Service”).
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Uploaded images: Photos you upload for AI processing. These are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored by OutfitGen. Images are transmitted to our AI model provider (fal.ai) for processing.
- Text prompts: Descriptions or instructions you enter for image editing.
Automatically collected information:
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, generation counts (stored in your browser's localStorage, not on our servers).
- Analytics: We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics, including page views, feature interactions, and funnel analysis. PostHog may collect IP addresses and browser/device information.
- Advertising identifiers: We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel collects information about your visits to this site (including pages viewed and actions taken such as completing a generation, registering for an account, and completing a purchase) and shares this information with Meta for the purpose of measuring and optimizing our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Log data: Server logs may include IP addresses, request timestamps, and error information for security and debugging purposes.
